The next great game

For all of you Nintendo junkies...check out the next great game for the Wii. Just the music gave me chills.

I can remember spending hours trying to defeat King Hippo in the original Mike Tyson's Punchout. I finally was able to do it with a Game Genie. I wonder if my favorite classic games place has the original available.

January Homework assignment

Since I am aware that only a few people even look at this blog, I am giving you two a small homework assignment and a promise. I hope you will tell your friends about my blog and I promise if I can get at least 15 people to follow my blog, I will post something every single day. I know it is hard to find the time to blog and review blogs, but I am hoping I can reach this goal by July 1st.

I also want everyone to check out my dad's blog. He is not the most reliable posting man, but the posts that are there are usually very insightful and well researched. As a quick background, my father what you would call a modern environmentalist, using his time to invent and research advances in bio-technology. He is also coming off of a very difficult summer where he was forced to start his life over after suffering a bad illness. If you are also a recipe junkie, travel back through his blog for some great recipes. My father is one of the best cooks that I know.

Calm the space that makes you hollow.

Check It OUT!!

Check out this great documentary about high school life in China, India, and the United States.

http://www.2mminutes.com

It seems to me besides the economy, and energy issues, President Obama will have his hands full redefining and enhancing the educational experience. Pretty soon, an entire generation of Indian and Chinese students will surpass the current generation of United States high school students.

Past Albums-Revisited-Live-Secret Samadhi

This may be one of the best albums of the 1990's. To set the scene, the first time I heard this album was sitting in my friend Drue's house, playing on some chat service, and making fun of a few nerdy kids in my class. This was my album for a good six months and definitely the soundtrack of the last half of my senior year of high school. There was something foreboding in the music and the lyrics. Something trying to subconsciously warn me about the future, the looming ascent into adulthood...It strikes me as a powerful, metaphorically enhanced album. Some people embraced Dark Side Of The Moon, I embraced Secret Samadhi.

Track-list

1. Rattlesnake
2. Lakini's Juice
3. Graze
4. Century
5. Ghost
6. Unsheathed
7. Insomnia And The Hole In The Universe
8. Turn My Head
9. Heropsychodreamer
10. Freaks
11. Merica
12. Gas Hed Goes West.

The End Is The Beginning of the End.

I have decided, with a heavy heart, to remove my feed that was connected to Mark Cubans blog. Over the course of two years I have followed this blog daily, enjoying every techi-word or basketball rant. Unfortunately, Mr Cuban has decided to withdraw his bid for the Chicago Cubs. It was my only hope that he would be able to light a fire under a team that I dream about winning the world series. Combined with his recent SEC issues, I am cutting bait and letting him sink. Please enjoy my other feeds, especially Politico 44. I hope the new year brings all of us a better tomorrow.
